It feels like every time Pekora tries to interact with her she shrugs it off with predictable frustration. I know the whole Pekora/Moona thing was a bit of a meme, but Pekora likely had to genuinely go out of her comfort zone to make an effort - and recently Moona just seems to brush her off. Oh don't get me wrong she'll talk the talk and say shit like "I love Shachou" because she's looking for the bump she knows Pekora provides (regardless of what she said at first).
There was a time when Moona would've stopped whatever she was doing and run to work with Pekora in delight if asked, but now she couldn't seem to care less. She didn't even appreciate that pixel art that Pekora stayed up an entire weekend trying to complete for her on time for her birthday stream. Pekora did a good job not showing it on the birthday stream - but her genuine disappoint over Moona's lack of reaction is obvious.
Also Moona can't sing as well as she thinks she can (which in case you haven't figured it out yet - is the reason she keeps doing those shit acapella streams). So to be clear Moona is Lazy, Underappreciative, Rude, Arrogant and as well as being a Glutton.
