>>46920835i think it's only natural that people are put off by people who tryhard and hate losing. the thing is, suisei doesn't let that affect how she treats other people since like i said she's a good sport, she doesn't throw a fit for losing nor spew a bunch of excuses, and usually just contains it to her own streams. outside of competition even if she still likes winning she nonetheless doesn't stop goofing around especially when collabing with other people (obviously not to pekora's level, that woman is an actual buffoon).
in my opinion suisei's not really very naturally talented, she becomes competent or even very good at stuff only after grinding it out (this includes her singing), but that's honestly all the more inspiring. i said it a while back but i was revisiting some of her old streams, and watching her sucking ass at mario kart during the first mk tourney and then simply saying "okay, next time i'm gonna win the whole thing" and then practicing intensely until she actually fucking made it, that was genuinely and stupidly motivating to me because i realized that's how she operates with pretty much anything she wants to be good at, and just like her i could get good at things i myself thought i had no talent for too. i say stupid because it really is stupid that it took a revisiting of her playing fucking mario kart to actually get this through my skull, but what can you do.
anyway i'm rambling now, but it feels nice to gush about her from time to time.
