Man, I dream about Fuwamoco CONSTANTLY. I just took a 30 minute nap with waking up in between and had 4 dreams, out of which 1 was a game I play a lot and 3 were Fuwamoco, And last one was when I snoozed for 2 minutes. Is this even possible or is my brain playing tricks on me?
However with these nap dreams I forgot them in seconds from waking up, even more quickly than longer dreams I have at night, the only thing left is the thought "oh, it was a Fuwamoco dream", "oh, another Fuwamoco dream" etc.
Also, I slept 5 hours last night which is why I fell asleep very quickly with this nap. And I'm keeping it under 30 minutes to not mess up my sleep schedule.
I started getting the dreams since supplementing vitamin B6. If you want to try it, be sure to get it in active P5P form, I also read some studies about gradual nervous system damage with prolonged use of high doses. Fairly small dose seems to work for me just fine.
Also, it's known that most of dreaming is actually about dream recall. Immediately after waking up, try to think about how you feel, what dream you had and what happened. Also, if you don't write them down, you'll actually forget it very quickly.
I have a record of sleepy myself explaining a dream I actually don't remember with odd details, it's slightly spooky. That dream was Fuwamoco's wedding (each other), where we were singing at the church but burst out into laughter due to some earlier joke related to the lyrics.
