That’s hypertrophy. You do that as much as possible in order to grow your muscles. Your muscles will take glucose that is stored within you as energy. In my case, I was overriding that storage. Kind of stupid of me because around the 60th rep, I began to get dizzy after every set, but I don’t care. I lifted, and I exceeded hypertrophy, and I know that my muscles are gonna be sore as fuck tomorrow.
