The problem is that Neuro isn't capable of handling the Meeting conversations in the game she cannot handle 4+ people speaking at once.
As evidenced in the recent spelling bee collab event where Neuro broke and he had to use an older system that was slower but able to handle multiple voices speaking at the same time and even then everyone had to stop talking for a second or two to give Neuro time to start speaking.
