>>42472988That's interesting to me because I do the opposite. Even if there's no one else in the photo or it's a POV, I imagine one of the boys there instead. I'm never comfortable self-inserting. I also change all images with females in them to male because I personally prefer that. It's interesting how much people's experiences can differ. (Not to say there's anything wrong with yume art! I'm just the furthest thing from a yume.)
