I created it for Rushia's new model. It was extra in that it would help me out too in stopping that annoying twitter shit that was preventing me from reading tweets and looking at fanarts.
I have no idea if twitter is still on the verge of dying with no workers to keep it going. I haven't paid any attention to news about it.
