1. There will be no risuner settlement in the forest of the saplings, but instead, they will be allowed to use Republican installations (read: arrive into our port) to travel across the border. There will be specific services for them to allow them easier travel into the forest (provided from my part) and to return.
2.a There will be no intervention from /nasfaqg/ and /morig/. Instead, we will use a pick up point in any neutral port to do the VIP exchange, this will be escorted by the Comet fleet (your part).
2.b Further explanation is needed on the nature of this VIP. It is unknown whether or not this individual is a danger, so we need clarification on both the person and the reason for the trip.
