>>87996801It's pretty silly to think expect that everything is directly connected to or caused by another, it was just the idea of
"an Indie indie vtuber creating a corpo for indie vtubers to be able to flourish"
+Said indie vtuber being in a relationship, so from her perspective that'd be someone she could trust with NDA type things
+Having other Vtuber friends (and friends from her PL) that could help her, then just running a corp with that, nothing could go wrong right?
-However, CEO just happens to be extremely paranoid / obsessive levels of controlling, which leads to the loss of multiple management level staff leaving to get the hell out (including the BF)
-Indie Vtuber friend is actually one of the most destructive things to the company, but since she's already in there's no easy "out" with all the info she has, and money the owl dumped into the company, she has a special level of privilege because "shes also invested in the company" So as long as she can argue that she's doing something "for the good of the company" (which came straight from her donothon(s)) so it wouldn't really take much to convince and she could do pretty much anything and push it aside with equivalents of "they're overreacting" then it can get brushed under the rug internally because anybody that says something publicly gets smacked with an NDA
-Everything in the company was intentionally kept compartmentalized to an absolute extreme, to the point where even mods would practically have no idea what was going on until hours, or sometimes minutes before something big happened or was announced (IF they were even told about it beforehand)
The favoritism? There might never really be a "why" that could be known other than just their own personal preferences and / or believing that the more coomer-esque talents were going to be the most profitable
All of these things may, or may not have happened of the course of EIEN's "life"
And there are plenty of other things that happened as well that weren't directly connected to or directly caused by something else, they all just also happened as well, everything doesn't always have to be

>>87996841Him telling Eri to do or not do something'd "hypothetically" make her more likely to do it, which meant that she would be doing more.
