Vtubers are entertainers, the closest I got to falling in love with an entertainer was falling in love with a wrestler but I was able to snap myself out because I know they will never love me back. I guess the structure of vtubers where they actually acknowledge you if you pay or get lucky with a message in their stream makes you feel like you actually have a chance.
