The options are there, I don't consider buying vegetables and meats from Walmart to be the same level of "evil" as eating Mcdolands, and even that isn't really "evil" to me what is "evil" is doing it too much and becoming unhealthy or even worse instilling unhealthy habits into your children. The options to cook easy and healthy foods are abundant, a slow cooker can do it easily and air fryers also open up a lot of possibility that dont use seed oils
>>21302173I can understand the perspective, but indulge in an unhealthy food (like candy or fast food) is fine as a rare treat or convenience, we are just conditioned to use it as the norm. It doesn't help how sedentary our lives are now as well. Actually been thinking of getting a desk treadmill or desk elliptical for while I'm watching Vtubers
