I also recommend "Drawing the Head" by William Maughan, and "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain" by Betty Edwards. Do studies from life. If you can't do an irl study then use pictures. There are tons of pictures of naked people on the internet to do anatomy studies. Remember to draw what you see, not what you think it should look like. It will suck and be hard at first, but after time and practice it gets better.
