I used to play Sky Striker back in the day, that's the engine I know and feel comfortable with. Twins Sprite also seems like a good choice and I know that you could, back in the days, unlock somewhat of a structure deck of either Rikka or Labyrinth if you just played enough against the AI. Nova's Twins deck seems to be pretty high investment, but I still watch this VOD as well:
