I almost never inpaint when I gen batches to post here because it would take too long. But if I find a single gen I like I'll inpaint. Mostly hands, but sometimes nonsensical clothing as well. I use fill to remove things that shouldn't be there, original to just reroll certain parts. If it's way too fucked, I draw some scribbles over it in photoshop and then inpaint with low denoise to blend my shitty drawing into the rest of the image.
