A combination of restraint, linking to the source (e.g. Twitter) or using catbox for screenshots from any streams that feature her face. It isn't difficult, keeps the mods off of our backs, and gatekeeps against the wrong kind of tourist: people who only want to discuss that unique part of her hybrid persona (whether it's genuine interest or bait, both are annoying if it's all that they want to talk about).
