Selen, Elira and to a certain extent Pomu have a momentum in their swing that, when they're trying hard enough, they can break through it.
The rest? Takes a combination of efforts and sometimes "illegal view funnelling".
4k tho, seems unattainable barred extraordinary circumstances and 10k seems out of reach.
