We'd be limited to raids (and we'd certainly try to steal as much technology and knowledge as possible). Containment would come first from the other nearby powers like /morig/ and /wah/. Our actions are limited basically. In addition to that, we don't really have any strategic interest in the area to justify intervention unless one of our allies decided to do so (like Hoshiyomia)
A much more possible route for conflict is a series of border conflicts with /wah/ instead, kind of like the indian-chinese border conflicts that happen sometimes, they're small and limited in scale, but they keep tensions up in the air and all neighbours on edge.
