There is no way that somebody actually believes this is culturally significant to the level of something like the superbowl. The atheletes who perform in the NFL are typically signed to multi-million dollar contracts, meaning I have a fairly strong reason to believe whoever posted this is trolling, or has every reason to benefit from people believing that Gura is bigger than she actually is.
