The pre-order period just ended and it's scheduled for release in January next year. The only copy of vol.1 I have is 720p, not sure if a higher quality exists currently. I also uploaded a special rebroadcast of vol.1 with VALIS commentating over it. There's no guarantee someone will rip the Bluray so your choice whether or not to watch them now.
