Aqua doesn't trust you at all and never talks to you, not only because she's extremely shy, but also because the other men Aqua's mother had tried entering a relationship with always ended up leaving and hurting her. But you genuinely love Marine and want Aqua to become a part of your family as well, so once Marine decides to move in with you, you do everything you can to treat her like your real daughter. Some ideas I had were:
>Lining up in a long queue for hours early in the morning to get her the limited edition copy of a game.>Helping Aqua with her homework>Taking her to an event she really wanted to go to when Marine can't make itAnyway, off it goes to the "workshop in my mind but never actually write" pile.
