They want to start from scratch like the ENs, Anya, Ollie, Risu, and Reine have mentioned that they don't feel like building in the JP server. I mean, hell, all Reine does is fish because she doesn't feel comfortable in the JP server.
Also, doesn't this pretty much confirms that the ID are getting a new gen soon too, seem like they want more space for their new members.
