>>6917975They are, at least in the ID2's case, 2-3 minutes long dialogue lines arranged in a given situation. There are 3 situations, one for English (visiting a bar where Reine works as a bartender), Indonesian (Reine and you want the same doll in the shop) and Japanese (you meet her again the bookstore). If you buy the complete set for ~$16.5, you also get the PDFs with transcriptions/translations. The files themselves are in .wav format, so it's pretty high quality. It was the first time I've ever bought a voicepack and didn't regret it.
