I don't know, her best luck would be to try abroad, on other countries whose medicine has a specialty trait for anything regarding the vocal chords that's superior to Japan's, but that would require a lot of money to investigate, travel and surgical procedure/treatments, and time for breaks/recovery, shit she'll most likely decline knowing it would probably take longer for her to get back into it like the last time...
