Yuka wants the viewer to form their own opinion and she said the chat could somehow skew their opinion towards something like people's comments at some art in a museum. She thought it gave them their own freedom of way to enjoy her stream and by doing that she severed their viewer's freedom to chat or look at the translation if you're an EOP. Like when she has a problem with her wifi and wondering if the stream is alright, she can't ask chat for confirmation. If you want to comment she moves the viewers to twitter and posts with a tag. All of this because she doesn't like people doing danmaku...
