Fact is, streaming something is literally free publicity and advertising. And sometimes, neat small content will be mixed in that gives eyeballs to small creators. But in order for that to happen the streamer needs to enjoy being a streamer, which means CONTENT FREEDOM, and also rack up a viewerbase, which means being able to react to things people actually wanna watch.
As long as they're not a dramanigger whose entire content base is just reacting to and shitting on other people, which is interpersonal reputational warfare and shreds the trust that binds society together, content creators should have the leeway to use entertainment content how they see fit. Because if 4chan (where we post images of IP without the holders' permission all the time, every day, constantly) took the opposite approach, we'd all be fuckhuge hypocrites whose opinions wouldn't be valid.
