Windows has a max path length of 260 characters, but with the change of a single registry key you can extend that all the way to 32,767 characters. This doesn't help though, because the names of individual files are still limited to 255 characters.
Linux has a path length limit of 4096 characters, but also has the same 255 character limit for individual file names.
Linking a sound via catbox requires exactly 37 characters, plus we need 4-5 characters for the file extension, because that counts as part of the filename.
255/37 = 6.89.
So you'd think that the limit is 6 sounds per soundpost, with 33 characters left over for a title and file extension, right?
Nope, the limit is 5. There seems to be some other limitation.
I think 4chan sounds player just parses an arbitrarily limited number of characters in the file name instead of the whole thing. I assume this because a file with a long enough title preceeding 5 sound links will only have 4 sounds playable.
This soundpost should have 6 sounds, but you can only play 5 of them in the player.
