Women in suits have always been kind of a thing you run into a lot with anime (and its in some gachas like Limbus Company here) and surprise, it can look good. I don't know why some artists feel the need to remove the twist of a woman wearing something that's atypical by literally twisting her features to fit it. Its the contrast that makes the combo work.
Or maybe I'm full of shit, I don't know.
