If you overshare with your fans, not only it makes easier for stalkers but also risks getting into menhera territory. It's a volatile compromise that doesn't exactly go along with the roles of an idol (described above)
If she's going through health issues or just severe burnout, she seems the kind of person that would never be open about that, just out of the duty of being an idol. It hurts, but sometimes not knowing is just the optimal compromise. That's all idols are about
