>Novelites! >It's the final week of Super September!>How is everyone doing with their recent quest on storage containers for leftovers or ingredients?>I made good use of my stash of takeout containers, using them to store cheese to avoid dealing with pesky plastic wraps from fancy cheese blocks. I even squeezed in some meat for cooking in them! It really helps being able to stack my containers. (Thank you, poke bowls, for being useful to me)>This week's task should easy - unless you're allergic to this specific category of food.I’ll be asking for the final status report once we enter October.
>For now, your new challenge is to find a recipe featuring... vegetables! That’s right, one of Novelite-kind's sworn enemies!>I came across a recipe for 'Couscous-Stuffed Poblano Peppers', which includes green peppers, capers, and kale. It’s also my first time cooking with couscous and using yogurt as an ingredient, and I found it to be really yummy. It includes nuts though, but some of the ingredients are entirely optional.>Let me know how it goes if you try something new. It doesn’t need to be complicated. I just want you to give veggies a chance so you can eat a little bit healthier. Feel free to try out the recipe I stumbled across too if you want!>Good luck!https://www.youtube.com/post/Ugkx87KOd8p3S-0A4LwnN5zTfe_szN_ivoBq
