You'll be lucky enough to walk through an area where you can wave to your oshi for a few seconds; you've had to pay to get anything resembling an actual meet and greet at other cons so I can't see this bucking the trend in that regard especially since the con has been sold out for months at this point so if they were going to do actual meet and greets, they would have announced it by now.
