She's a bitch, but any action she takes usually needs to be immediate or she gets lazy and bored. Shit like yelling at a bus driver, making a quick sketch or joke beating up a totally-not-a-dragoon plush, etc. She's not the kind to slyly manipulate anything, and she sure as hell doesn't give a shit about being the queen of the branch or top dog or whatever. She just wants to coast so she can be lazy and insufferable with passive income.
Also her roasts are usually far more creative than anything you'd find out of a sister, or any of the other organs for that matter. She tends to have a distinct flair
