You just look at the likes of OkaKoro, AquShio, ShishiLamy and KanaCoco to how its done well and they can still be shipped with various people. Kanata gets shipped with Towa and Suisei, Okayu with Aqua and Shion, Korone with Miko, Lamy with Ina, etc. It'll be fine so long as neither Kronii or Mumei starts saying that they are only for each other. In essence, its the fault of the persons involved with the shipping rather than the shippers.
