The only reason their company became as big as it is now was because they managed to scoop up some good talents relatively early on, and because they had that "Niji Resistance", which even if it was more lighthearted at least led to some healthy change. It was more of a symbiotic relationship since both grew at around the same time. The same applies to NijiEN, if it wasn't for some talents like Pomu or Selen then the branch ultimately wouldn't have amounted to much. Especially since the first two waves ultimately built a decently sized fanbase for Luxiem to capitalize on.
The main problem that NijiEN is facing right now is that they have no clue how to retain big talents, or they don't seem to have any interest in doing so.
