Also, your logic is kinda wonky to me. Following he same formula, basically being an indie artist, vidya dev, musician or any other discipline is worthless because the oversaturation of the market. Same for originality on the content.
Please, do what you enjoy, not everything should give you smth on return more than personal enjoyment, except you are looking for that ofc.
