He basically created whole new Vshojo branch for them, hired new managers, translator, art team, bought music, created model for Nazuna. He did really good job with PRing her, all those ads in Japan, her appearance in Zen's lore video, her AX teaser. It was pretty smart, risky and successful. And he did it all in a couple of months. This is legit first time I see Vshojo making considerable efforts for their talents.
Because Gunrun is CEO I will blame him for all failures but it is also fair to praise him for success.
