The damage HoloEN has done to western vtubing is something that it will never recover from, it gave the idea that vtubing should be entirely idol focused and most people's idea of idol shit seems to boil down to no men, dozens upon dozens of copycats(most of them dying now), and the worst, most sycophantic cocksucking fans I never seen in my entire life, I have never seen in my life people so married to a fucking brand quite like holofags are, christ the Fauna "outrage" lasted days, then everyone convinced themselves everything is fine.
Someone needs to faint onstage or straight up die for holofags to maybe consider that not everything is perfect with them.
Sadly they'll always be this stain upon vtubing, Advent and Justice are to fresh, Myth and Promise could all graduate and some remnant of EN will remain, the only thing that will end Hololive will be Cover making some huge mistake, and seeing as they come out smelling like roses from EVERY SINGLE FUCK UP, I don't see that happening anytime soon.
