Your cup size can go up or down depending on how tight of a band you're comfortable with, and that can be a pretty wide range. Doesn't help that a lot of mainstream bra manufacturers have inconsistent sizing, too, and that a lot of skinnier women get dumped into 32/34 because those are the smallest band sizes they carry.
Anyways, she's probably what most people would consider a B/C cup but she looks slender as fuck. Her cup size is probably bigger than you'd expect, but she's still fitting into a size S sports bra.
