It makes perfect sense when you consider how many people were doubtful or concerned about mod grooming, he noticed and put effort into making sure it doesn't happen but sadly the head mod title is too big of a beast to simply call out a week after joining. His screening process was a bit lackluster as well. It doesn't take much effort to comb though discord messages to form a persona of who you are trying to recruit. Lastly and most importantly, he didn't purge all mod chats before the gen2 mods joined, it's a mix of inexperience and underestimating internet schizoids. Sad to see the current situation, the leaker who caused the purge/split deserves to be crucified for breaking the trust he received. I would have never posted these as it would have brought demise to the comfy atmosphere mods created, now that it's over however I might as well try and get the poison that is xal out of PC.
