You know how it's normal for a teenage girl to mimic an adult woman and a girl in her late twenties/early thirties to try to appear as if she's still in her early twenties?
For jap females it's a bit different. When they hit late twenties, some of them embrace a full on anime JC persona. Not a JK, JC. They are literally uwuing in public, in office, etc, talking in ridiculous high pitched voice, wearing cutesy clothes, etc. It's not normal per se, and japs obviously think it's cringe and a phase, but it's accepted, and a decent amount of men actually find it attractive.
This behavior leaves the normalfag territory exactly the moment it leaves Japan.
