If the game doesn't run great that's one thing, but if the stream has such bad compression and artifacts WITH A 3090 AND AN i9 there's something wrong with your settings.
And if the internet is being fucky just stop using the ulltra-low latency mode, it just adds like 5 seconds of delay, use a buffer too.
Not even on MPV or mobile looks great.
And no, I'm not having a choppy video, it's just the quality is TERRIBLE.
PLEASE test your settings before streaming, you can literally test stream for yourself and watch how it looks, hell, you can even dynamically change a lot of the settings on the go, you don't even need to re-start the stream to change them.
