She cancelled a collab through proxy due to an undisclosed reason and then spent the entire time she was supposed to be collabing online anyway and you can say oh but the amount of effort required to collab is significantly higher than just participating in a friends stream which is a reasonable conclusion though you need to consider that Pippa is an entertainer with significant experience (>2 years) and thus its reasonable to assume that she understands that her fan base will extract whatever public information they can find in ambiguous situations and create a narrative from it and in this case this is how the timeline looks from a viewers perspective:
>Pippa is taking time off but assures people that a scheduled collab will still happen on Twitter
>No further updates on this come from Pippa
>Tenma mentions on her streams the collab may be cancelled and she will play the game single player
>Still no updates on this from Pippa until she retweets Tenma’s stream notification saying she’ll be playing solo an hour or so before it starts
>Tenma makes some comments during the stream but seems light-hearted about the cancellation
>Meanwhile Pippa's very publicly known alternate account retweets someone else’s stream and appears to be participating in that stream (chatting, joining the game)
>Towards the end of Tenma's stream she makes comments about really wishing she could have played the game with someone else
>Makes a comment that maybe next time she should invite Ashelia or Uruka instead specifically saying they won't be busy
>Pippa shows up in Tenma's chat (coincides with the ending of the other stream)
>Tenma expresses confusion and sounds a bit despondent to quote her almost verbatim "You watched my stream...i thought you were busy today? huh...."

Now to reiterate I don't think there was any malicious intention in this but for somebody with so much experience as a public personality she really doesn't seem to have a grasp on how her actions reflect back on her.
Pippa's /here/ fanbase seem to largely assume the worst from her or even if not they act like they do for maximum shitpost fuel, on the other hand the fruits circlejerk about Pippa hoping for a crumb of attention if they act like she can do nothing wrong, hugboxing her to death.
