>for a silver vote winner to be validated, the player will have to also finish top 9 in the regular roster vote (+2 golds = "top 11")>a minimum of one talent per generation is guaranteed entry into the roster>all Phase Origins talents are guaranteed entry into the roster (but will still have to finish top 9 in the roster vote in order to be eligible for the silver medal)In addition to the poll, there is an entirely optional section that is meant to serve as a mini-census. It has zero bearing on the poll results, so if you wish to skip it, you can do so. This is something we had last summer and two summers ago as well.
