The teacache should be set to i2v 480 instead of disabled and use somewhere between 0.15-0.45, the larger the faster but lose more quality and start it around 0.2 and end at 0.9, it helps up the quality a bit.
apply the torch compile stuff before the LoRA loader, otherwise the LoRAs won't apply, which maybe why the sex didn't work. You will also need a nother node with compile one (picrel), it doesn't actually apply the boost without.
For these next gen models you need to use the "LoRA model loader only", they don't train the TE so clip stays unchanged, though not sure if having it there hurts but just an fyi
