>>49103407I now it was the sweets cause when I removed it completely (and only the sweets) it made a difference so absurd and such short time that its brutal, the reason I personally try to stop completely is because its very addicting and if you are someone who loves it just a little of it might go a long mile to make you relapse.
And its not like I dont eat anything sweet ever, I just completely removed things made with refined sugar (which is a SHIT TON of products these days, ketchup is like 70% refined sugar for example), instead I use fruits and protein powder to try to cease my cravings
