>>78115846I do 5000 steps a day minimum using my inaccurate as fuck phone app tracker (every step takes like 10 more to register) and do strength training three days a week where I do my normal sets for push/pull/legs and then repeat each set I do with lower weight until failure. On the days I don't do push/pull/legs, I focus on my core by doing bridges, crunches, and those side oblique pull things.
