Fuck that, you can do literally everything in the same bowl you mixed the ingredients in including the kneading.
Also if they're going to a studio, it's even better because if you make pizza dough beforehand and let it rest, it becomes 10x more manageable and way tastier too as you allow the gluten that you developed to rest and the flour itself to soak up the water. Takes thirty minutes max if you've literally never made pizza dough before, and that time shortens with experience. Even moreso if you have a scale and not measuring cups because you can literally just dump everything into the same bowl by weight.
