It'll be an entirely new region with "different but identical" evidence.
For example, something that leaves fingerprints will instead leave "bloodstains" and something that has freezing temps will instead leave "unusually hot temps", etc.
They're also planning on adding tiers to every single item in the game, as in a cheap/normal/deluxe version along with new items entirely, like incense burners.
