In this case she gets to make up a few entertaining stories about it to tell on stream. It's the same thing that could be gained from lying about her father's antics, her job and the things that go on there, or about taking a trip with her mother. Her zatsudan content relies a lot on these kinds of stories and she likes making up characters. Normally I'd say that they're real things with a dash of kayfabe over the top, but I don't see any reason it couldn't be lies all the way down if she's willing to outright lie to be entertaining rather than omit things that can't be said well with kayfabe.
I don't know if I actually believe this. I probably don't and I am just off my meds. But I can't prove it isn't true either and it's been seriously bothering me
