>>26558564Ok, so I kinda get where they are coming from, let the public decide who they like best, but that just breeds toxic work environment imo, since you have to actively strive to one up eachother from the starting line, instead of helping eachother grow. I also feel bad for the chuubas that won't make it in the end. Imagine getting past all the other rounds of auditions, finally getting a chance at what might be your dream job, and then they put you on stage in front of thousands of people, with 16 others, and tell you that only 3 are actually getting in. Idk, just seems cruel to me...
Still, /meat/ eating good for a while, so at least there's that...
