>>48829888> “Using a copyrighted song in her stream without prior authorization.”Was about her using her own genmate's cover on her stream.
> “Revealing internal information that can potentially cause issues for stakeholders during her stream.”Confirmed to be about Hogwarts Legacy, Nijisanji in general had permissions for the game (JP played it). But also confirmed that staff "requested EN not to play the game". She did not tell any lie, they did have perms, but EN were just 'requested' not to play it.
> “Making statements that could lead to speculation or leaking of internal information using social media accounts that she personally operates during her activity suspension time.”Locked out of her accounts during her 2nd suspension, so liked some stuff on twitter and got shit for it. Also because her old Discord admin announced her PL selling mousepads that were previously planned, which management says could have hinted at her leaving. Her fault here imo.
> “Offensive remarks regarding discrimination and sexual assault.”The "Zaionists" joke (that her chat brought up and she defused) + the supposed "rape joke" from Chilla's Karaoke.
> “Several infringements of the Rules pertaining to the use of games defined by ANYCOLOR Inc. (including intentional infringements) and repeated false justifications given to ANYCOLOR Inc. regarding these infringements.”Some Nintendo stream she did on Feb 4, autofilled her description and missed updating it. Manager corrected it mid-stream.
Also reg. FF14, she admits it was her fault since management asked her to make a new account and she didn't (highlights that the costs for this were not compensated).
> “Expressing her will to perform streams using illegal games (also referred to as pirated games)”Said she used to play ROMhacks in the past. Never brought up streaming using ROMhacks and never had plans to.
Nippleman had the same issue but he was excused about "not being part of the company" when he pirated his shit, Zaion was not given the same leeway.
> “Comments that can be considered offensive to the rights holder of a game during a stream.”Criticized UNO (Ubisoft) for not being user friendly, because she was having trouble changing her name.
> “Giving false information to other NIJISANJI EN Livers regarding the contents of her communications with ANYCOLOR Inc.”Told other livers that she was "not told in the interview process that it was not okay" (which was correct) about using Genshin and other games' PL accounts. Later reveals more about the timeline, and it was when she was talking with her genmates regarding company policy.
Nobody corrected her on this until her termination notice, suggesting that her genmates sold her out without checking with her for misunderstandings first.
> “Falsely claiming to have received permission from ANYCOLOR Inc. after a viewer commented on Zaion performing an action prohibited by the Rules.”Got permission for "emotes and badges" from her manager, but didn't check for her perks and went ahead with membership opening. Her fault here.
> “Falsely claiming to be sponsored by a brand during a stream.”Not "Raid Shadow Legends" as the rrats say, but something even more ridiculous like "Dee's Nuts", which she made an asset for.
> “Giving “likes” to comments falling under defamation of NIJISANJI Livers and ANYCOLOR Inc. using social media accounts that she personally operates.”Admits to liking some Zaion related meme with her private account, but says she didn't like any negative statements regarding Nijisanji (implied to be while she was still employed, since she did like a ton of anti-niji shit close to her termination).
Other statements suggest the following -
1. Debut costs e.g. Assets etc. were not incurred by Nijisanji and she had to pay for that shit herself, meaning she was in the red right after debut. Lore etc. written by the Livers themselves.
2. She was initially given written permission to use her PL Genshin account and just hide her user ID. But later that permission was revoked when NijiEN management found out how much clout she had on that account (and potentially were scared of her funneling nijifans to her PL).
She fought with management regarding this rule being selectively enforced or changed after her debut and got on the shit list because of that, while other livers just kept their heads low when they were scolded and did whatever shit they wanted without consequence (Enna explicitly stated that this is how she handles NijiEN management).
3. DMed her trainer from pre-debut and confided in her about her issues, and asked her if something could be done about the Genshin thing. NijiEN saw that as her trying to find loopholes in their rules, top of the shit list, suspended.
4. Confirmed that Stealth Suspensions are company policy as told to her by her senpai and that a previously graduated liver (probably Yugo) had already been stealth suspended.
Also her Cat died and no one in management was supportive about it.
